I bought this product because it was adjustable, but even at the easiest setting, this was too difficult for either me or my husband to do. The round wooden ball in the center isn’t a half-sphere, like many of the boards, which makes balancing on it quite difficult. Perhaps a younger person would find it easier to manoeuver.

I like the way the wobble board is assembled and it is easy to adjust. I would have liked to see some additional information and examples of exorcises
